Rio Grande do Norte is a state located in the northeastern region of Brazil. It is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean to the east, the state of Paraíba to the south, the state of Ceará to the west, and the state of Pernambuco to the southwest. The state capital and largest city is Natal. Rio Grande do Norte is known for its stunning beaches, historical landmarks, and the production of salt and petroleum.
