Royal Hampshire County Hospital is a district general hospital located in Winchester, Hampshire, England. It is managed by the Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

The Royal Hampshire County Hospital was founded in 1736 as a charitable institution for the sick and poor. It was originally known as the Winchester County Hospital. In 1868, it was granted royal patronage by Queen Victoria, and thus became the Royal Hampshire County Hospital.

The hospital provides a wide range of services, including emergency care, surgery, maternity care, and outpatient services. It also has specialist departments for cardiology, oncology, and orthopedics. The hospital is equipped with modern medical technology, including MRI scanners and CT scanners.
