Sky Group is a British media and telecommunications conglomerate, which is a division of Comcast. Headquartered in London, it has operations in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy. Sky is Europe's largest media company and pay-TV broadcaster by revenue, with 23 million subscribers and more than 31,000 employees as of 2019.

Sky Group was formed in 1990 by the merger of Sky Television plc and British Satellite Broadcasting. The company was initially known as British Sky Broadcasting (BSkyB) and was rebranded as Sky in 2014. In 2018, Sky was acquired by Comcast, outbidding 21st Century Fox.
