Spectrum Pharmaceuticals is an American biotechnology company that specializes in the development and commercialization of oncology and hematology drugs. The company was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada.

Fusilev (levoleucovorin) is used for the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer. It is also used to reduce the harmful effects of methotrexate, a medication used for the treatment of certain types of cancer.

Zevalin (ibritumomab tiuxetan) is used for the treatment of patients with relapsed or refractory, low-grade or follicular B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Marqibo[edit | edit source]

Marqibo (vinCRIStine sulfate LIPOSOME injection) is used for the treatment of adult patients with Philadelphia chromosome-negative acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
