Stephanie Williams (Miss District of Columbia)
Stephanie Williams is an American beauty queen who was crowned Miss District of Columbia in 2010. She represented the District of Columbia in the Miss America 2011 pageant.

Stephanie Williams was born and raised in the District of Columbia. She attended Howard University, where she earned a degree in Biology. During her time at Howard, she was actively involved in various student organizations and community service projects.

Stephanie Williams began her pageant career by competing in local pageants within the District of Columbia. Her dedication and hard work paid off when she won the title of Miss District of Columbia in 2010. This victory earned her the opportunity to compete in the Miss America 2011 pageant.
