Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital (Malay: Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah, H.T.A.R) is a public hospital located in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia. It is one of the largest and busiest hospitals in the state of Selangor, providing a comprehensive range of medical services to the local and surrounding communities. The hospital is named after Tengku Ampuan Rahimah, the consort of the late Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah, who was the Sultan of Selangor.
