Texas Health Resources is a non-profit health system that operates in the state of Texas, United States. It is one of the largest faith-based, non-profit health care delivery systems in the United States and provides a full continuum of care, including acute care hospitals, outpatient facilities, neighborhood health centers, and more.

Texas Health Resources was formed in 1997 through the merger of Harris Methodist Health System in Fort Worth, Presbyterian Healthcare Resources in Dallas, and Arlington Memorial Hospital Foundation in Arlington. The merger aimed to create a more efficient and comprehensive health care system to serve the growing population of North Texas.
