Virgen Milagrosa University Foundation (VMUF) is a private higher education institution located in San Carlos City, Pangasinan, Philippines. It was established in 1958 by Dr. Martin Posadas and Mrs. Rosalina Q. Posadas as a testament to their commitment to providing quality education and healthcare services to the local community. The university is named after the Blessed Virgin Mary, under the title of "Virgen Milagrosa," which translates to Miraculous Virgin, reflecting the founders' deep devotion and faith.
