Zhingyalov hats is a traditional Armenian dish, specifically from the Syunik and Artsakh regions. It is a type of flatbread stuffed with finely diced herbs and green vegetables. The name "Zhingyalov hats" translates to "bread with herbs" in the local dialect.

Zhingyalov hats is not just a dish, but also a significant part of Armenian culture. It is often prepared during traditional Armenian festivals and celebrations. In 2018, Zhingyalov hats was included in the list of intangible cultural heritage of Armenia by the UNESCO.
