Zuzana Roithová (born 30 January 1953) is a Czech politician and former Member of the European Parliament (MEP) for the Christian and Democratic Union – Czechoslovak People's Party (KDU-ČSL), part of the European People's Party.

Roithová was born in Prague, Czechoslovakia. She graduated from the Charles University in Prague, where she studied medicine. She later specialized in radiology and obtained further qualifications in healthcare management.
