Željka Markić (born 11 November 1964) is a Croatian physician, journalist, and political activist. She is best known for her involvement in conservative activism and her leadership in various non-governmental organizations.

Željka Markić was born in Zagreb, the capital of Croatia. She pursued her education in medicine and graduated from the University of Zagreb's School of Medicine.
