All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Jodhpur (AIIMS Jodhpur) is a medical college and medical research public university located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. It is one of the All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) established by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY).

AIIMS Jodhpur was established in 2012 as part of the second phase of the PMSSY initiative. The institute was created to address regional imbalances in the availability of affordable and reliable tertiary healthcare services and to augment facilities for quality medical education in the country.

The AIIMS Jodhpur campus is spread over 200 acres and includes a medical college, a hospital, residential complexes, and various other facilities. The campus is designed to provide a conducive environment for learning and research.
