All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Mangalagiri (AIIMS Mangalagiri) is one of the healthcare and medical education institutions established under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY) by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. Located in Mangalagiri, a town in the Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh, it aims to alleviate the lack of adequate medical facilities in the region and to provide high standards of medical education.

AIIMS Mangalagiri was announced in 2014 as part of the third phase of PMSSY, with the objective to correct regional imbalances in quality tertiary level healthcare in the country and attain self-sufficiency in graduate and postgraduate medical education. The foundation stone was laid in 2018, and the institute began its operations with the admission of its first batch of MBBS students.

The campus of AIIMS Mangalagiri is spread over an area of approximately 183 acres. It is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure, including modern lecture halls, laboratories, and a digital library.
