All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Raipur (AIIMS Raipur) is one of the healthcare institutions in India, established under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY). Located in Raipur, the capital city of Chhattisgarh, it is one of the six All India Institutes of Medical Sciences established by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, to address the regional imbalances in quality tertiary level healthcare in the country and attaining self-sufficiency in graduate and postgraduate medical education. AIIMS Raipur is an autonomous institution of national importance and has been declared so under the Act of Parliament.

History
