Blair County is a county located in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. As of the 2020 census, the population was 122,822. The county seat is Hollidaysburg. Blair County is part of the Altoona Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Blair County was created on February 26, 1846, from parts of Huntingdon and Bedford counties. It was named after John Blair, a prominent citizen of the area.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 527 square miles (1,360 km²), of which 526 square miles (1,360 km²) is land and 1.3 square miles (3.4 km²) (0.2%) is water.

As of the 2020 census, there were 122,822 people, 49,136 households, and 31,517 families residing in the county. The population density was 233 people per square mile (90/km²). The racial makeup of the county was 94.8% White, 2.1% Black or African American, 0.1% Native American, 0.6% Asian, 0.02% Pacific Islander, and 1.4% from two or more races. 1.6% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.

Blair County is governed by a board of three county commissioners. The county is part of the 9th Congressional District, represented by U.S. Representative Dan Meuser.
