Buffalo's Cafe is an American restaurant chain that specializes in Buffalo wings. Founded in 1985 in Roswell, Georgia, the chain has expanded to include locations in multiple states across the U.S. and internationally.

Buffalo's Cafe was established by David Hyde and Ralph Perella in 1985. The first location was opened in Roswell, Georgia, and quickly gained popularity for its Buffalo-style chicken wings. The success of the initial restaurant led to the opening of additional locations throughout Georgia and eventually across the United States.
