CHI St. Alexius Health Bismarck is a hospital located in Bismarck, North Dakota, United States. It is a part of the Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) healthcare system.

CHI St. Alexius Health Bismarck was established in 1885 by the Benedictine Sisters. It was originally named St. Alexius Hospital. The hospital joined the Catholic Health Initiatives system in 1995.

CHI St. Alexius Health Bismarck offers a wide range of medical services. These include cardiology, neurology, oncology, orthopedics, radiology, and surgery. The hospital also provides emergency services and trauma care.
