Centegra Health System was a regional health care provider in northern Illinois, United States. It was headquartered in Crystal Lake, Illinois and served the greater McHenry County, Illinois area. Centegra Health System was established in 1995 through the merger of Memorial Medical Center (Woodstock, Illinois) and Northern Illinois Medical Center in McHenry, Illinois.
