Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Sainte-Justine (CHU Sainte-Justine) is a pediatric and obstetric hospital located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is the largest mother-child centre in Canada and one of the four most important pediatric centres in North America.

The hospital was founded in 1907 by Justine Lacoste-Beaubien, who was inspired by the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. The hospital was initially located on Saint-Denis Street in Montreal, but moved to its current location on Chemin de la Côte-Sainte-Catherine in 1957.

CHU Sainte-Justine offers a wide range of services, including pediatrics, obstetrics, and gynecology. The hospital is also a major research centre, with over 200 researchers working in various fields such as genetics, neuroscience, and pharmacology.

CHU Sainte-Justine is affiliated with the University of Montreal and serves as a teaching hospital for the university's Faculty of Medicine. The hospital also collaborates with other institutions, including the Montreal Heart Institute and the Montreal Neurological Institute.

CHU Sainte-Justine has been recognized for its contributions to healthcare and medical research. In 2018, the hospital was ranked among the top 50 pediatric hospitals in the world by Newsweek.
