Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital is a hospital located in Grimsby, United Kingdom. It is managed by the Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust.

The hospital was established in 1983 as the Grimsby District General Hospital. It was later renamed in honor of Diana, Princess of Wales, who officially opened the hospital in 1983.

Facilities[edit | edit source]

The hospital has a range of facilities including an Accident and Emergency department, Maternity services, a Cardiology department, and a Radiology department. It also has a Pathology department which provides a comprehensive diagnostic service to the hospital and local community.

The hospital provides a wide range of services including General surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, Gynecology, Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) and Pediatrics. It also offers specialist services in Cardiology, Respiratory medicine, Rheumatology, Endocrinology and Diabetes.

The hospital has a dedicated Research and Development department which is involved in a number of clinical trials and research projects. The department works closely with the National Institute for Health Research to ensure that the hospital is at the forefront of medical research.
