Eli's amazing scallop (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Saute Red Bell Peppers, Green Onions, and Shallots in oil.
  2. Add Scallops and cook to medium rare.
  3. Add Teriyaki Sauce being sure to coat the Scallops. Remove the Scallops and Peppers,Scallions, and Onions and place on plates and keep warm.
  4. Cook the \sauce\ down (deglaze)until reduced, being sure to get all the \goodies\ off the bottom of the pan.
  5. Pour reduced sauce over the Scallops and serve.
