Emmanuel College is a constituent college of the University of Cambridge. Founded in 1584 by Sir Walter Mildmay, it has a long history of academic excellence and notable alumni.

Emmanuel College was established on the site of a former Dominican priory. Sir Walter Mildmay, the college's founder, was a prominent statesman and Chancellor of the Exchequer under Queen Elizabeth I.
