The Faculty of Medicine of Damascus University is the oldest and largest medical school in Syria. It is part of Damascus University, which is one of the leading educational institutions in the country. The faculty is renowned for its comprehensive medical education and research programs.

The Faculty of Medicine was established in 1903 during the Ottoman Empire period, making it one of the oldest medical schools in the region. It became part of Damascus University in 1923, following the establishment of the university.
