Good Night is the first short of the The Simpsons series. It originally aired on The Tracey Ullman Show on April 19, 1987. The short was created by Matt Groening, who also created the characters and the concept for the series.

The short features the Simpson family as they prepare for bed. Homer and Marge tuck in their children, Bart, Lisa, and Maggie, and wish them good night.
