Jane Wilson-Howarth
Jane Wilson-Howarth is a British physician, author, and traveler. She is known for her work in travel medicine, particularly in relation to gastrointestinal diseases. Wilson-Howarth has written several books on the subject, including A Glimpse of Eternal Snows and How to Shit Around the World.

Wilson-Howarth was born in England and grew up in Leicestershire. She studied zoology at the University of Liverpool before going on to study medicine at the University of Cambridge. After completing her medical degree, she specialized in gastroenterology and travel medicine.
