Kayla Itsines (born 21 May 1991) is an Australian personal trainer, author, and entrepreneur. She is best known for her fitness ebook series, Bikini Body Guides, and her workout app, Sweat with Kayla, which has been one of the most popular fitness apps globally.

Kayla Itsines was born in Adelaide, South Australia. She has a younger sister, Leah Itsines, who is also a well-known figure in the health and fitness industry. Kayla showed an interest in sports and physical activities from a young age, which led her to pursue a career in personal training.

Kayla began her career as a personal trainer in 2008. She initially worked at a women's gym in Adelaide, where she developed her own training routines.
