Maharashtra Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Latur is a medical institution located in Latur, Maharashtra, India. It was established in 1989 and is affiliated to the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences. The institution is recognized by the Medical Council of India. The college primarily offers a graduate degree in medicine, namely MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery), with a total student intake capacity of 150. Postgraduate courses are not offered.

The division of seats for students from Maharashtra and the rest of India is as follows: 85% of seats are allocated to students from the Maharashtra Health Sciences Common Entrance test (MHTCET), while the remaining 15% are allocated to students from the All India Pre Medical Test (PMT).

The college campus is located on the outskirts of Latur city, and the hospital attached to the college is Yeshwantrao Chavan Rural Hospital, Latur.
