Pharmacology[edit | edit source]
Mesocarb is a norepinephrine-dopamine reuptake inhibitor, which means it increases the levels of the neurotransmitters norepinephrine and dopamine in the brain by preventing their reuptake into neurons. This results in increased neuronal activity, which can have a stimulating effect.
