Midland Metropolitan Hospital is a state-of-the-art hospital located in Smethwick, West Midlands, England. It is managed by the Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust.

The Midland Metropolitan Hospital was first proposed in 2007 as a part of the NHS's plan to modernize healthcare facilities in the West Midlands. The construction of the hospital began in 2015 and was completed in 2021. The hospital was officially opened to the public in October 2021.
