Spicy spinach bars (recipe) details

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Melt butter in 9x13 pan while oven preheats.
  3. In large bowl whisk together egg,milk, flour, and seasonings til well blended.
  4. Add spinach and cheese, stir to blend in all ingredients.
  5. Coat pan well with the melted butter by tipping pan.
  6. Bakefor 30 minutes, until firm and golden.
  7. Cut into bars and serve warm.
