Talk therapy
Talk therapy, also known as psychotherapy, is a method used in mental health treatment. It involves a series of techniques for treating mental health, emotional distress, and some psychiatric disorders. Talk therapy allows the individual to speak openly about their thoughts and feelings to a trained mental health professional.
