Thai fish cake starter (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Pre Heat Oven 190C 375F Gas5.
  2. In the blender, whizz together chilli, coriander, garlic, spring onions and lemongrass.
  3. Dry Prawns and Cod on kitchen roll and add to blender, season.
  4. Dampen hands and shape the mixture into 12 cakes.
  5. Place on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
  6. Bakefor 12-15 minutes, turn halfway through cooking time.
  7. Serve with Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce.
  8. Can serve with some salad leaves too.
