Tiffiny Hall
Tiffiny Hall (born 11 July 1984) is an Australian personal trainer, author, and television personality. She is best known for her role as a trainer on the Australian version of the television show The Biggest Loser.

Tiffiny Hall was born in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. She attended Lowther Hall Anglican Grammar School and later graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Arts (Media and Communications) and a Diploma in Modern Languages (French).

Television[edit | edit source]
Tiffiny Hall first gained public attention as a trainer on the Australian version of The Biggest Loser in 2011. She was known for her motivational and supportive training style. Hall has also appeared on other television programs, including The Circle and Good Morning Australia.

In addition to her television career, Tiffiny Hall is an accomplished author. She has written several health and fitness books, including Weightloss Warrior and You Beauty!. Hall has also authored a series of children's books called Roxy Ran.
