Tracy Wilson
Tracy Wilson is a Canadian former ice dancer and television figure skating commentator. She is best known for her partnership with Rob McCall, with whom she won the Canadian Figure Skating Championships seven times consecutively from 1982 to 1988. Wilson and McCall also earned the bronze medal at the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary, Alberta, and were three-time World Championship bronze medalists.

Tracy Wilson was born on September 25, 1961, in Lachine, Quebec, Canada. She began skating at a young age and quickly showed promise in the sport of ice dancing.
Skating Career[edit | edit source]
Wilson teamed up with Rob McCall in 1981. The pair quickly rose to prominence in the Canadian ice dancing scene, winning their first national title in 1982. They went on to dominate the Canadian championships for the next seven years.
International Success[edit | edit source]
Wilson and McCall achieved significant success on the international stage. They won the bronze medal at the 1986 World Figure Skating Championships in Geneva, Switzerland, and repeated this feat in 1987 and 1988. Their crowning achievement came at the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary, where they won the bronze medal, becoming the first Canadian ice dancers to win an Olympic medal.

After retiring from competitive skating, Wilson transitioned to a career in television as a figure skating commentator. She has worked for various networks, providing expert analysis and commentary for major figure skating events, including the Winter Olympics and the World Figure Skating Championships.
