The Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences (UPUMS) is a public medical university located in Saifai, Etawah, Uttar Pradesh, India. It was established in 2016 with the aim of providing quality medical education and healthcare services to the people of Uttar Pradesh.

UPUMS was established by the Government of Uttar Pradesh under the Uttar Pradesh Act No. 15 of 2016. The university was formed by merging the Saifai Medical College, Etawah and the Institute of Paramedical Sciences, Saifai. This merger aimed to create a comprehensive medical institution that would cater to the healthcare needs of the state.
