5F-CUMYL-PINACA
5F-CUMYL-PINACA (also known as SGT-25 and 5F-CUMYL-P7AICA) is an indazole-based synthetic cannabinoid that has been sold online as a designer drug. It was first identified in South Korea and is available for sale as a grey area research chemical through online vendors.

5F-CUMYL-PINACA is an indazole-based synthetic cannabinoid. It is a part of the CUMYL-PINACA series, which features a benzyl group attached to the amino (NH2) portion of the molecule. The 5F in the name indicates that the pentyl chain has a fluorine atom at the fifth carbon.
Pharmacology[edit | edit source]
The pharmacology of 5F-CUMYL-PINACA is still largely unknown. As a synthetic cannabinoid, it is presumed to be an agonist of the CB1 receptor, which is the primary target of the endocannabinoid system. However, the exact mechanism of action and the full spectrum of effects are not currently known.
Legality[edit | edit source]
5F-CUMYL-PINACA is illegal in many jurisdictions due to its status as a synthetic cannabinoid. It is classified as a Schedule I controlled substance in the United States and is also illegal in many European countries.
