Baked artichokes and bacon (recipe)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Drain artichokes, saving liquid.
  3. Sautv chopped onions in olive oil.
  4. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
  5. Pour mixture into greased 8\ x 8\ baking dish.
  6. Bake45 minutes at 350 degrees.
  7. Allow to cool and refrigerate. Cut into 1\ squares.
