Boreout is a psychological disorder that results from a lack of work, boredom, and lack of satisfaction in the workplace. It is characterized by a state of mental underload, which can lead to feelings of disinterest and demotivation. Boreout is considered the opposite of burnout, where an individual is overwhelmed by excessive work and stress.
