Buddhachinaraj Phitsanulok Hospital
Buddhachinaraj Phitsanulok Hospital is a major hospital located in Phitsanulok, Thailand. It is a government-run hospital under the administration of the Ministry of Public Health and is one of the main medical centers in the lower northern region of Thailand.

The hospital was established in 1942 during the reign of King Rama VIII. It was initially named Phitsanulok Hospital but was later renamed Buddhachinaraj Phitsanulok Hospital in honor of the Buddha Chinnarat, a highly revered Buddha image housed in the Wat Phra Sri Rattana Mahathat temple in Phitsanulok.
Facilities[edit | edit source]
Buddhachinaraj Phitsanulok Hospital is a large medical facility with a capacity of over 1,000 beds. It offers a wide range of medical services, including emergency services, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, internal medicine, and orthopedics. The hospital also has specialized departments for cardiology, neurology, oncology, and radiology.

The hospital is affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine, Naresuan University, providing clinical training for medical students. It also conducts medical research and has published numerous studies in various fields of medicine.
