Carina Vance Mafla
Carina Vance Mafla is an Ecuadorian-American politician and public health advocate. She served as the Minister of Public Health of Ecuador from 2012 to 2015. Vance is known for her work in advancing LGBT rights and improving the country's healthcare system.
