Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma Brewery (Cervecería Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma) is a major Mexican brewery founded in 1890 in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. It is one of the oldest and most important breweries in the country and is currently a subsidiary of Heineken International.

The brewery was established by Isaac Garza, José Calderón, Francisco Sada, and Joseph M. Schnaider. The company initially operated under the name "Cervecería Cuauhtémoc" and later merged with "Cervecería Moctezuma" in 1985, forming the Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma Brewery.
