Fond du Lac County is a county located in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. As of the 2020 census, the population was 104,154. The county seat is Fond du Lac. The county was created in 1836 and organized in 1844.

Fond du Lac County was established in 1836 from portions of Brown County. The name is French for "bottom of the lake," referring to its location at the southern end of Lake Winnebago.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 766 square miles (1,980 km²), of which 720 square miles (1,900 km²) is land and 46 square miles (120 km²) (6.0%) is water.

As of the 2020 census, there were 104,154 people, 42,043 households, and 27,123 families residing in the county. The population density was 144.6 inhabitants per square mile (55.8/km²). The racial makeup of the county was 91.5% White, 2.5% Black or African American, 0.6% Native American, 1.2% Asian, 0.1% Pacific Islander, 2.0% from other races, and 2.1% from two or more races. 5.0% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.

Fond du Lac County is governed by a Board of Supervisors, which consists of 25 members elected from single-member districts. The county executive is elected in a countywide vote.

Fond du Lac County is served by several school districts, including the Fond du Lac School District, Ripon Area School District, and Campbellsport School District. Higher education institutions include Marian University and University of Wisconsin–Fond du Lac.
