P. F. Chang's is an American-based, Asian-themed, casual dining restaurant chain founded in 1993 by Paul Fleming and Philip Chiang. The chain specializes in American Chinese cuisine, plus other Asian dishes. The restaurants are known for their modern interpretation of classic Asian dishes and insistence on using high-quality fresh ingredients.

Paul Fleming, a restaurateur, and Philip Chiang, a chef, founded P. F. Chang's in Scottsdale, Arizona in 1993. The first restaurant was opened at the Scottsdale Fashion Square in Scottsdale, Arizona. The success of the first restaurant led to the opening of additional locations across the United States.
Menu[edit | edit source]
P. F. Chang's menu includes a variety of Asian-inspired dishes, including hand-rolled sushi, Vietnamese-style soups and bowls, traditional Chinese dim sum, wok-fired chicken and beef entrées, and family-style noodles and rice. All dishes are made fresh every day in every restaurant.

As of October 2017, P. F. Chang's operated 208 restaurants in the United States and more than 100 in international markets under licensee agreements. The countries outside the United States where P. F. Chang's restaurants are located include Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama, Turkey, Lebanon, Philippines, South Korea, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Jordan, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.
