Polydactyly-Myopia Syndrome is a rare genetic disorder characterized by the presence of extra fingers or toes (Polydactyly) and nearsightedness (Myopia). Polydactyly-Myopia Syndrome is believed to be inherited in an Autosomal Dominant manner, meaning a single copy of the altered gene in each cell is sufficient to cause the disorder.
