The Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS) is a public university located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. It was established in 2005 with the aim of providing quality education and promoting research in the field of health sciences. The university offers various undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in disciplines such as medicine, dentistry, nursing, pharmacy, and paramedical sciences.

The Rajasthan University of Health Sciences was established under the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences Act, 2005. The Act was passed by the Rajasthan State Legislature and received the assent of the Governor of Rajasthan on 25th February 2005. The university was set up to fulfill the growing demand for healthcare professionals in the state and to improve the overall healthcare system.

The university is located in the capital city of Jaipur, Rajasthan. The campus is spread over a vast area and is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to facilitate teaching, research, and clinical training. RUHS offers a wide range of academic programs in the field of health sciences. The university offers undergraduate programs such as Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing). Postgraduate programs include Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS), Master of Dental Surgery (MDS), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), and Master of Science in Nursing (M.Sc Nursing).
