Sha'ar Menashe (Hebrew: שַׁעַר מְנַשֶּׁה , lit. Menashe Gate) is a psychiatric medical centre in northern Israel. Located near Pardes Hanna-Karkur, it falls under the jurisdiction of Menashe Regional Council. In

Sha'ar Menashe was originally established in 1949 as a camp for the first absorption of immigrants from Yemen and Iraq. It also served as a village for elderly people. Over the years, it has transformed into a psychiatric medical centre. In 2007, the hospital had 1,100 patients and was the largest psychiatric institution in Israel.
