Southern Europe
Southern Europe is a region of the European continent that is primarily known for its diverse culture, rich history, and distinctive cuisine. It is generally considered to include the countries of Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, and France, as well as the Balkans and the Mediterranean islands of Malta, Cyprus, and Sicily.
