Benjamin Franklin College
Benjamin Franklin College is one of the fourteen residential colleges at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. It was established in 2017 as part of Yale's expansion to accommodate a growing student body. The college is named after Benjamin Franklin, one of the Founding Fathers of the United States and a renowned polymath.

The establishment of Benjamin Franklin College was part of a larger initiative by Yale University to increase its undergraduate enrollment. Along with Pauli Murray College, it was one of the two new residential colleges built to achieve this goal. The college was designed by the architectural firm Robert A.M. Stern Architects, which also designed several other buildings on the Yale campus.

Benjamin Franklin College features a blend of traditional and modern architectural elements. The design includes Gothic-style facades, courtyards, and state-of-the-art facilities. The college is equipped with a dining hall, library, common rooms, and various student activity spaces.

Each student is assigned to a residential college upon admission to Yale and remains affiliated with that college throughout their undergraduate years.
