Treatment[edit]

Treatment for breast atrophy depends on the underlying cause. If the condition is due to aging or hormonal changes, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) may be recommended. HRT can help to restore estrogen levels, which can in turn help to maintain breast size. If breast atrophy is caused by weight loss, gaining weight may help to increase breast size. However, this should be done in a healthy and controlled manner. In cases where breast atrophy is caused by medical treatments, it may not be possible to reverse the condition.
