The Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine (DMU-COM) is the medical college of Des Moines University, located in Des Moines, Iowa. It is one of the older osteopathic medical schools in the US, and is committed to providing an exemplary, future-focused medical education.

DMU-COM was established in 1898, making it the second oldest osteopathic medical school in the country. The school has been at the forefront of osteopathic medical education for over a century.
